you will need to login to our
secure claims administration system. Please contact your human resources
representative to obtain system registration information prior to registering
with SFA.
Once registered, plan participants will have 24 hour access to:
- Medical and Dental Claims Processing Status
- Historical information on claims processed through SFA
- Important documentation regarding your policy
- Claims processing forms and instructions
